Olga is co-founder and Managing Director of Fuxblau, a service design consultancy in Berlin. She will share concrete cases on how Fuxblau has helped both large organisations and small start-ups to become more user-centred.
Kara works with the User Centred Design community across the UK government to help departments grow UCD capability and share best practices across government.
