The covid-19 crisis uncovered how many people today are (partly) excluded from socialising, working and learning online. Organisations all face similar challenges that come along with the desire to be fully digital without excluding anybody. But how can we move towards a more inclusive and hopeful digital future without unexpected consequences that reinforce exclusion? How can human-centered design play a role in this transformation? In this edition we’ll explore how different organisations approach this challenge.
These two speakers will bring their expertise to the arena and inspire our audience with their learnings and thoughts.
Digital Transformation Lead, Department of Health and Social Care
Diane has nearly 15 years’ experience leading digital initiatives and transformation programmes in the public and private sectors. She is a Digital transformation and organisational agility expert.
Digital Director, IKEA
Bram has led several transformation programmes and has been active in optimising customer processes and implementing digital roadmaps in the telecom, energy & retail sector.
These merchants will bring inspiring projects and cases to the Marketplace, to let you see, explore and experience the topic of the evening.

The Final Act
ARENA is a free one-evening conference for professionals, where we invite two inspiring speakers to tackle a current challenge from a different angle. Additionally, a selection of partners bring their projects to ‘The Marketplace’, a place where you get the opportunity to see, explore and experience the different emerging initiatives tackling this challenge. Our previous editions covered topics such as accessibility, the future of work, human-centred organisations, education, etc.
An evening full of inspiration and action (some networking, food & drinks as a bonus). See you in the ARENA!
