About this 14th edition
What does it really mean to anchor innovation sustainably in a large organisation? On 18 September, we bring together a select group of people who realise change from within both public and private organisations.
During this evening session, you will get fresh insights from experienced innovation leaders who build a strong and supported innovation culture on a daily basis. No broad theory, but concrete experiences and impact, successes and challenges.
Why with a registration form? We would like to keep this edition small-scale and interesting only for people actively working on change and innovation in large organisations. That is why we will first check (by a human, not by AI) whether it is a match!

What is ARENA?
ARENA is a free one-evening conference for professionals. Twice a year we choose a topic that we find relevant in our society and where service design could play a role. We invite two speakers to share their expertise from different perspectives. Our previous editions covered topics such as digital transformation, accessibility, the future of work, human-centred organisations, education, etc.
An evening full of inspiration and action (some networking, food & drinks as a bonus). See you in the ARENA!
